spongecake with marzipan

Fruits and vegetables: 5+ -not ideal, but more than 5
Calories: 1723 – More than usual, I blame dessert.
Carbs: 144.9 – phew. almost all of which was that piece of cake. Happy Birthday Ross!
Protein: 83.1 – not bad. Good enough.
Further notes:
Holy cripes. I had more carbs in dessert than I did all day. almost 80 carbs just in the piece of cake. Luckily the rest of the day was pretty good. Missing lunch was not bad, I wasn’t hungry, and I still got 5 veggies. Should have had more, but I felt good.
