Dessert:
cupcake
beer
Snack:
macadamia nuts & hard boiled egg
Fruits and Veggies: 9 (ba-boom)
Calories: 1467 good
Carbs: 95.4 – high but mini-cupcakes will do that
Protein: 70.1 – toeing the line
Further notes:
Lopsided day today foodwise. I was worried I wouldn’t get enough calories and protein. I should just eat fattier things.
