3 cups lettuce

1 oz cheese
1 oz salsa

substitute spinach for half cheese
4 oz cheese
4 oz spinach
1 egg
1 tbsp flax
1 tbsp coconut flour
prosciutto
more cheese on top
some rings of red bell pepper

Fruits and Veggies: 7 – good
Calories: 1164 – whoa… that’s amazingly low. But I wasn’t hungry. Also amazing.
Protein: 71.3 – toeing the line again
Carbs: 39.3 – EXCELLENT. under 100 was my goal, Anything under 50 is impressive.
Further notes:
This was definitely a lighter day. I don’t need to eat this lightly. I’ve had fast days that were heavier, but I did eat three meals; it’s just that they were maybe tinier than expected. I’ll eat a little bigger later this week (vacation!) so maybe it’s just a pendulum swinging for now.
