3 cups lettuce/spinach/greens
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 oz cheese
3 slices prosciutto
1 oz salsa
Snack:
Tanka bites (4)
Dinner: Loco Moco!
1/2 cauliflower
hamburger patty
gravy
egg
beer
Fruits and Veggies: 9 – what’s up!
Calories: 1342 – lowish sounding; again not hungry
Protein: 78.5 – right on the money
Carbs: 71.1 – good!
Further notes:
again, in start contrast to last week. When I eat in and eat lunch from home, my calories are very low vs. when I eat out a lot. Duh, I know. Also, I appear to eat veggies at an amazing rate. I’m going to Las Vegas for a few days for vacation, so let’s see if I can keep it up.
