one california roll, 4 pieces of tuna
Maybe 2 veggies
Dinner: Poor House Bistro!
Popcorn shrimp salad
Cup of fried shrimp
3 cups salad greens, etc
beer
Fruits and Veggies: 5+ – good but should be higher.
Calories: 1784 – good… a bit high given how few veggies I ate…
Carbs: 67g – good, though most from the fried food…
Protein: 104g – great!
Further notes:
Today was ok… first day without a salad from home (ran out of spinach early this week) The fried shrimp were probably not the best idea, but I think it’s working out.
