2 eggs fried over easy
2 strips bacon
3 oz raspberries
ON Pro Complex protein shake
Fasting!
pre-dinner snack:
hard boiled egg
handful of nuts
dinner: sausage and peppers!
1.5 bell peppers
1/2 lb sausage
Dessert: banana ‘ice cream’
2/3 banana (frozen then blended with below)
1/2 tbsp pistachio butter
1/2 oz dark chocolate
Fruits and Vegetables: 5ish – ok
Calories: 1569 – good enough
Protein: 111 – good; 51 without that shake, though
Carbs: 63 – good
Further notes:
Pretty good for a fast day. Needed a bit more veggies, but it probably worked ok. Definitely hungry before dinner.
