2 hard boiled eggs
1 oz shredded cheese
4 oz sausage
Dinner: Wing Stop
9 “boneless” wings (lightly breaded breast meat, from the look of it)
2 breaded strips (donated from Julie)
Fruits and Vegetables: 6 Hmmm, ok. Could have been better
Calories: 1835 – high for week… possibly underreported
Carbs: 68.3 – again, possibly underreported
Protein: 105 – good
Further notes:
I felt bad after wingstop for dinner. I’d already carbed it up at lunch with the “naanwich” — I thought it was novel at least, and one piece of naan wasn’t that bad, but I realized while eating the chicken that the “boneless wings” were lightly breaded which was probably ok, but the strips I got from Juile were VERY breaded, and I had some fries, so i’m sure my carb intake was underreported. Also, the hot sauce was pretty hot and i went a little crazy drinking water towards the end of the night which hopefully helped. I’m not going to worry about it, but I do have to be more mindful of when I put junk into my system.
