today’s the first (and maybe last) day I’m going to compare now three systems. I’m pretty confident fitday and dailyburn have good numbers, by myfitnesspal seems very different. I’ll likely write up the differences in a separate post. In the meantime, I think today was a good example of a minimum day. Walking that line a little fine. Also, I’ll be glad to be done with the Spam. I got it for rainy day food, and after I ruined the locomoco last night I needed to have something. Oh wells.
