Breakfast: Skipped, too late out the door
1/2 oz macadamia nuts
Lunch: Tacos at “Freedom Burrito” minus tortilla
2 oz carne asada
2 oz carnitas
1/2 cup beans
1/2 cup lettuce
Dinner: Grilled
4 big chicken wings sauced & grilled
1 cup grilled veggies
2 beers
Fruits and Veggies: 3? Pathetic.
Protein: 71 – meh
Calories: 1426 – at least it’s low
Carbs: 52 – hmph
Further notes:
This was a pool party day, and food was really unbalanced. If the meals were planned a little better this would have been fine. As it was, I probably erred on the side of malnourished rather than overeating which is a change for me, but maybe not for the better. Gotta get minimum protein and veggies.
