1 egg fried over easy
1 cup spinach wilted
1/2 cup grilled veggies from yesterday
2 slices prosciutto
1/2 cup blueberries
Lunch: Skipped for early dinner
Snack of bell pepper strips: 2 cups (overkill)
Dinner: EPIC GRILL MEAL!
6 jalapeno poppers ( about an ounce of cheddar, 2 strips bacon)
6 oz ribeye steak
1 cup grilled veggies and mushrooms
2 links Aidell’s sausage
1 cup spinach
2 figs grilled
beer: speakeasy big daddy ipa
Fruits and Veggies: 14. WHAT!
Calories: 1843 – Bit over, oh well
Carbs: 55 – considering how much was eaten, this is great!
Protein: 108 – good
Further notes:
Dinner alone was 1445 calories. Kinda nuts considering that it was only 30 carbs. I love this diet.
