lettuce wrapped double bacon cheeseburger
lettuce wrapped jalapeno pepper jack burger
4 oz catfish filet
1 cup bell peppers
Fruits and Veggies: 8 – Great
Calories: 1508 – good
Protein: 115 – Great
Carbs: 40 – Also Great!
Further notes:
Seems like I rubberband a little on fast days for calorie consumption, but I met all my numbers, so I feel pretty good
