4 tbsp salsa
1/2 cup boysenberries
Lunch: Cafe Chef Salad
hard boiled egg
cucumber
lettuce
ham
turkey
cherry tomato
Dinner: Tlaquepaque!
Camarones ala diabla
some refried beans
some chips
1.5 chavela beer
Fruits and Veggies: 5 – Hmph Minimum
Calories: 1780 – higher than it has been recently
Protein: 155 – WHOA. Shrimp!
Carbs: 88 – Chips… still <100, but I think my threshold's actually 75
Further notes:
Mexican food unregulated is a carb-feast. I need to sub veggies for rice and beans and be careful on the chips.
