Breakfast: Scrambl’z – my favorite breakfast out, had to modify slightly what I normally get
2 eggs over easy
3 slices of bacon
1 link italian sausage
3 jalapenos
1.5 cups of spinach

Snacks: helped a friend move, ate a lot of snacks
2+ ounces of chicharones (pork fat and salt!)
1 cup blueberries

Dinner: Wanted to stay light, made a poke-like meal
1 avocado
5 slices salami
salt and pepper
truffle oil (MMMMMMmmm)
harmless harvest coconut water

7+ servings fruits and veggies – not bad
Maybe not enough water for the day; have to make sure I get enough
I liked the dinner a lot, and I liked the heavy breakfast.
