Back On: 130 Pushups, 195 Situps

Took a week off but back on form, doing day 1 of week 6, but using column 1 (the “easy” column) and I’ll just repeat this week until I can do the 100 pushups and 200 situps straight through.

Pushups: 25, 30, 20, 15, 40
Situps: 38, 45, 30, 22, 60
