Burpees.
Start standing, go down into a squat. Put your hands down by your feet and transfer weight to your hands as you thrust your feet out into the top of a push-up. Do a pushup. Bring your feet up quickly and into the squat again. Jump and raise hands up. That’s one. Do 9 more for a count of 10 then wait 60 seconds. That’s one set. Now do a count of 9 then wait 60 seconds and keep repeating that cycle decrementing down to one. That is 10 descending sets.
