Still on track!
Pushups: 13, 13, 17, 17, 16, 16, 14, 14, 50
Situps: 20, 20, 26, 26, 24, 24, 21, 21, 75
I’m kinda burned out on this workout. I’m sticking with it mostly because I want to reach the numerical goal, but I feel like I’m not effectively working out becasue I’m only isolating these muscles. I miss full time sledging and I think combining burpees and planks would be better suited and more effective.
I’m going to do the test tomorrow and see if I can get my targets of 100 continuous pushups and 200 situps. I have a feeling I will for pushups (or it will be close), but maybe not for situps.
