Put 5.31 miles on some new shoes today. Got a pair of Earth Footwear Ash shoes yesterday and they feel different.

Sledging and Walking
My throat’s still sore and it’s still raining, but I gave it a good run at sledging and walking anyway. Didn’t use the HRM today, just sledged for 15 minutes then walked for a mile. Tomorrow is pushups and situps.

Sledging Saturday
Another 5 rounds of sledging today starting with the 6 pounder. Today felt especially good.
Week 2 Pushups and Situps == FAIL!
On Wednesday I did the tests for the hundred pushups and two hundred situps challenges and that put me pretty squarely in week 3. Turns out I’m not ready…. and yet I still did 73 pushups and 80 situps!
